I wanted to take this opportunity to formally thank you for everything that you have done in the planning, construction & finishing of the 1st Banwell Scout Hut on behalf of the Executive Committee and Trustees.I know that at times we have been demanding clients but I am sure that you are more than aware that, as Trustees, we are legally responsible for spending the Group’s money responsibly and that hangs heavy on one’s shoulders when it’s such vast amounts of money that is being spent.I have to say though, you have been exemplary in everything that you have done for us. I cannot recall anything being too much trouble or out of the question and for that I must thank you. We were constantly moving goalposts and making late decisions and for that I apologise but that is the nature of decisions being made by committee. Of course it is also a result of none of us having any experience in building a new Scout Hut.The finish that you have achieved on the Hut really is outstanding and everyone who visits it is of the same opinion, it really is quite beautifulThanks Again

MIH Builders completed an extension on our house, extending the dining room and utility room, building an office and fitting a new kitchen. When developing the project, they were able to draw on considerable experience to help shape the ideas we had come up with. During the building work, they were considerate and professional throughout, making every effort to minimise the disruption to us and keeping the site tidy. They took genuine care in the work they carried out, asking us for our input when decisions needed to be made and there was clear pride in their work. They were a pleasure to have around the house and instilled confidence in their work, which meant that we were relaxed. We’re very happy with the standard of building work. The extension looks terrific inside and out and I wouldn’t hesitate to get them back in to do more work in the future.
